This journey is for the woman who feels a quiet restlessness inside—who senses there’s more to life than the cycles she’s stuck in but isn’t sure how to move forward.

What can you expect?

Gentle guided sessions to reconnect with your Self

You will be guided and given space to pause and reconnect to then rewire your brain, body and heart in a way that is aligned with you are.

You will be guided on a journey to leave behind for at least a moment the hustle of everyday life, which often comes with that performance and comparative culture.

I will help you to identify the unconscious patterns and the “should’s” that keep leading you down the same path, so that after the program you are showing up to life and those around you as a truer version of your Self.

Calm Space for Nervous System Healing

You take a breath. Physically and metaphorically. I guide you to calm your body and mind, as it is essential to create safety in our bodies to quiet the mind and allow us to take a different path than the one we are on.

As long as you are going fast to meet all the to-do’s and should-do’s, your entire system will work to keep you in what it knows, which is what it deems safe.

Calming the nervous system means coming back home to you. Coming back home to your inner sanctuary, your inner sense of safety. From here, we venture out to different places, that are more aligned with your Self.

Clarity and Reconnection with Self

What does life have in store for you? What is the next step? You are not meant to be here, but then where?

Through visualizations and coaching tools I guide you to travel inwards to gain clarity on these questions.

At the end of the program you will be self-assured and confident on what the next step is and how to take it in a way that is true to your Self and how you operate.

You will be moving forward reconnected and confident. You will be living from a version of your Self that is at peace, content and true.

The journey includes 4 coaching sessions online over 8 weeks designed to guide you to reconnect with your inner knowing, with your truth. It is a gentle, customized 1:1 coaching experience where we create space for you to explore where you are meant to be heading and what is keeping you stuck.
